    Why Ceylon cinnamon

A gentler spice with a cleaner finish.

Known as true cinnamon, Ceylon cinnamon is prized for its soft aroma, light sweetness, and elegant quill structure. It is the spice international buyers seek when they want authentic Sri Lankan origin.

    01

    Naturally sweet

A softer, brighter flavour than common cassia cinnamon.

    02

    Low coumarin

True Ceylon cinnamon, preferred by wellness-minded buyers worldwide.

    03

    Delicate quills

Thin inner bark creates the layered quills Sri Lanka is known for.

    Know the difference

Ceylon is cinnamon. Cassia is its imitation.

Most “cinnamon” sold worldwide is cassia — a harder, harsher bark. True Ceylon cinnamon comes only from Sri Lanka, and once you compare them side by side, the difference is unmistakable.
